Terms of Service
These Terms and Conditions set out the basis on which you can use our website and place orders for items from TIME. To register on the site and to place orders with TIME you must be aged 18 or over and a UK resident. By ordering goods from TIME, you are deemed to have understood and accepted these terms. The supplier of the goods featured is MAZ Fashions Limited, (“TIME", "TIME London”, “we”, or “us”). Registered office: 11 Lockwood Walk, Unit B12, The Liberty Shopping Centre, Romford, Greater London, RM1 3RH. Registered number 05723154 (England and Wales), our VAT number is GB166801010000. Orders
Before proceeding with the purchase of Products, the buyer will be asked to carefully read these Terms and Conditions. The buyer will be required to identify and correct any errors related to personal details; it is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that these details are correct. By submitting the order form, the buyer automatically accepts unconditionally and agrees to observe these Terms and Conditions during the course of the transaction. If the buyer does not agree with any of the terms detailed in these Terms and Conditions, they are asked to refrain from forwarding the order form.
Your order for goods is accepted and a contract is formed between TIME and you when we despatch the goods you have ordered and not before. A contract is not formed at the point in time that payment has been taken from you by us, nor at the point in time that you receive an email from TIME acknowledging receipt of your order. Until the goods are despatched the order may not be accepted by TIME, or may be cancelled by you. Exceptions apply to orders for personalised items and goods made to your order which cannot be cancelled by you once you have received an email confirmation that your order has been received, as such items and goods may already be in production as a result of your order. For a full list of exceptions to items you can return please see under the heading REFUND POLICY. For security reasons we may restrict the volumes of certain items to be sold in any one transaction. Following formation of the contract, TIME shall continue to own any goods ordered until it has received payment in full, from you, even though the goods may have already been delivered to you. Purchases from TIME will be charged the day the goods are despatched/purchased in-store. All orders for products are subject to availability. Once TIME has accepted an order and that order has been handed over to the delivery company or courier, TIME will no longer be responsible for that parcel- where a tracking service has been used.
We cannot accept substitute or alternative items by way of returns, nor are we able to send them back to you, so please look closely at the items you return to us. If you return or attempt to return substitute or alternative items, you will still be responsible for paying for the original item purchased and we reserve the right to charge an investigation fee of no less than £35 to cover the cost of our investigating the position. We can offset this amount due from other sums that may be due to you for refunds. Accepting returned goods does not constitute a waiver of our right to charge an investigation fee. Full details of how to return goods can be found in the returns section Additional Terms and Conditions apply to cancelling orders for certain goods such as made to order items. Please refer to the terms relating to the supply of those goods. Additional delivery charges will not be refunded if you cancel or return your order.
Delivery
Delivery to store is free. You will be advised of the earliest delivery date at the time of order. The next day delivery to store service applies to most orders placed before midnight on any day. Delivery times cannot be guaranteed and is subject to stock availability and demand. Please take one form of personal identification (driving license or utility bill), order conformation and the credit/ debit card used to make the payment, if a representative is collecting a parcel written authorisation from the buyer as well as one form of personal identification for the representative is required. We will email you when your order is ready for collection. Orders that are not collected within 10 days of the collection date will be returned and a refund processed.
For England, Scotland & Wales, standard courier delivery charge to home is £3.99 per delivery (unless free standard delivery is being offered). Next day delivery is charged at £5.99 and applies to most orders placed before 3pm. All courier delivery services are subject to stock, courier area and availability and demand. When the standard courier service is not available, TIME will deliver by an alternative carrier and this may take longer. Deliveries to store are free. For full courier delivery charges, see the Returns section. Specific delivery details will be confirmed at the time you order. Delivery times cannot be guaranteed. No delivery services are available on a bank holiday. Over our busy periods our standard delivery services may be affected, specific delivery details will be confirmed at the time of order. In Northern Ireland, the standard next day delivery service applies on orders placed Sunday to Friday. Orders placed on a Saturday will be delivery on Monday. Next day delivery is not available on Sundays in Northern Ireland.
Free delivery offers and other offer codes remain the property of TIME, are non-transferable and may not be reproduced in any other form. Free delivery offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer and are subject to availability.

Returning to Store
You may return items to store free of charge. Items must be in a new and unused condition, in the original packaging with all labels attached. If you want to cancel/return your order you must tell us within 14 days (beginning on the day after the day you receive the goods), you then have 14 days to return the items. If you are returning an item via a store, please take your delivery note with you. Certain items cannot be returned, as detailed in the Returns section.
Returns by Post
You may return items via courier at your own expense, TIME will not pay these return charges. Items must be in a new and unused condition, in the original packaging with all labels attached. If you want to cancel/return your order you must tell us within 14 days (beginning on the day after the day you receive the goods), you then have 14 days to return the items. For full details see the Returns section. If you return goods to us, we will not be responsible for any loss or damage to them during transit and we recommend that you use a recorded or secure delivery method. If goods are lost or damaged in transit, we may charge you, or not refund to you amounts that are attributable to the loss or damage.
Exceptions to the Returns Policy
The following exceptions apply to our returns policy. For hygiene reasons, pierced jewellery items, cosmetics and toiletries cannot be returned unless faulty. Where a product has a security sticker warning that the product cannot be returned once the sticker is removed, a refund or exchange will not be given if the seal is broken except in accordance with your legal rights. Gift cards/ vouchers/ credit notes cannot be returned or exchanged for cash. Returned items which are not in new or unused condition may not be fully credited to your account unless they are faulty. This does not affect your right to return faulty items.
Credit Notes
Credit notes are credited with the value of goods returned and can be used by the recipient only, in full or part payment for goods purchased from TIME online or store. Credit notes cannot be used to purchase gift cards.
The value of purchases will be deducted from the balance on the card when presented; any remaining balance can be used against future purchases. The credit note cannot be resold, transferred or exchanged for cash. Credit notes expire after 6 months from the date of issue. TIME cannot accept any responsibility if your credit note is lost, stolen or damaged. It will not be replaced, or its value refunded in any of these circumstances. The credit note remains the property of TIME and is not a cheque guarantee, credit or charge card. TIME reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions and/or discontinue the credit note at any time. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Gift Cards
You can use the Gift Card as full or part payment for goods purchased online or in store. You cannot buy a Gift Card with another Gift Card or credit note. The value of your purchases will be deducted from the balance on your Gift Card when presented; any remaining balance can be used against future purchases. The Gift Card cannot be exchanged for cash. No change or refund will be given. The Gift Card will automatically expire 6 months after the date of issue. TIME cannot accept responsibility for your Gift card if it is lost, stolen or damaged. It will not be replaced or its value refunded in any of these circumstances.
This Gift Card remains the property of TIME and is not a cheque guarantee, credit or charge card. TIME reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions and/or discontinue the Gift Card at any time. Your legal rights are not affected.

‘3 for 2’, ‘4 for 3’ Offers
Saving applied will be equal to the price of the cheapest item bought in offer and will be apportioned across all qualifying items.
e.g. 3 for 2 Offer:
To get the saving, you must order the qualifying items within the same order at the same time. If you later return one of the items, you will no longer be entitled to the discount. This offer applies to selected items when purchased at full price.
Multibuys
Saving applied will be apportioned across all qualifying items.

Sale Events
Please note that all sale items are subject to availability. Delivery of in stock items can take up to 21 days. You will be advised of the estimated delivery date at the time of order.
General Complaints
If you have a complaint please write to TIME Customer Services, 11 Lockwood Walk, Unit B12, The Liberty Shopping Centre, Romford, Greater London, RM1 3RH or email TIMElondon@outlook.com. TIME welcomes and learns from complaints. We aim to deal with complaints speedily and sympathetically. All complaints are logged, investigated and replied to.

You have the right to refer the dispute to the EU’s Online Dispute Resolution Platform at http://ec.europa.eu/odr.
Environment
We take our role as a responsible retailer very seriously, by doing our bit to help care for the environment. We reuse and recycle all our paper and cardboard waste and as much of the plastic waste as possible. We urge all of our customers to act responsibly and recycle all packaging where facilities exist.
Prices
UK, EU and Channel Islands. The prices shown are inclusive of any value added tax or sales tax. Due to circumstances beyond our control, prices may have to be altered up or down, including any alterations to the rate of value added tax or sales tax. The current price will be shown when you place your order. All prices shown are cash prices in sterling. Prices of goods displayed and ordered through TIME may differ from prices in-store.
Usage
All products are sold on the basis that they are suitable for domestic use only. This does not include ANY business related purposes (eg. to copy/ adapt styles for reproduction and resale, to trace suppliers etc...) TIME and TIME London retain the right to terminate any contract if we feel that the purpose of that contract infringes this term.
Colour of Reproduction
TIME take great care with the colours used in the collections. The limitations of colour reproduction and the individual colour settings of your screen may mean a slight variation. Every reasonable care has been taken to ensure that the descriptions are accurate. However, specifications may change.
Language
This information is supplied in English only and we will continue to communicate in this way during your agreement with us.

Changes

Our agreement with you is based upon English law and the laws applicable to this agreement are the laws of England and Wales.

Returning to Store
You may return items to store free of charge. Items must be in a new and unused condition, in the original packaging with all labels attached. If you want to cancel/return your order you must tell us within 14 days (beginning on the day after the day you receive the goods), you then have 14 days to return the items. If you are returning an item via a store, please take your delivery note with you. Certain items cannot be returned, as detailed in the Returns section.
Returns by Post
You may return items via courier at your own expense, TIME will not pay these return charges. Items must be in a new and unused condition, in the original packaging with all labels attached. If you want to cancel/return your order you must tell us within 14 days (beginning on the day after the day you receive the goods), you then have 14 days to return the items. For full details see the Returns section. If you return goods to us, we will not be responsible for any loss or damage to them during transit and we recommend that you use a recorded or secure delivery method. If goods are lost or damaged in transit, we may charge you, or not refund to you amounts that are attributable to the loss or damage.
Exceptions to the Returns Policy
The following exceptions apply to our returns policy. For hygiene reasons, pierced jewellery items, cosmetics and toiletries cannot be returned unless faulty. Where a product has a security sticker warning that the product cannot be returned once the sticker is removed, a refund or exchange will not be given if the seal is broken except in accordance with your legal rights. Gift cards/ vouchers/ credit notes cannot be returned or exchanged for cash. Returned items which are not in new or unused condition may not be fully credited to your account unless they are faulty. This does not affect your right to return faulty items.
Credit Notes
Credit notes are credited with the value of goods returned and can be used by the recipient only, in full or part payment for goods purchased from TIME online or store. Credit notes cannot be used to purchase gift cards.
The value of purchases will be deducted from the balance on the card when presented; any remaining balance can be used against future purchases. The credit note cannot be resold, transferred or exchanged for cash. Credit notes expire after 6 months from the date of issue. TIME cannot accept any responsibility if your credit note is lost, stolen or damaged. It will not be replaced, or its value refunded in any of these circumstances. The credit note remains the property of TIME and is not a cheque guarantee, credit or charge card. TIME reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions and/or discontinue the credit note at any time. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Gift Cards
You can use the Gift Card as full or part payment for goods purchased online or in store. You cannot buy a Gift Card with another Gift Card or credit note. The value of your purchases will be deducted from the balance on your Gift Card when presented; any remaining balance can be used against future purchases. The Gift Card cannot be exchanged for cash. No change or refund will be given. The Gift Card will automatically expire 6 months after the date of issue. TIME cannot accept responsibility for your Gift card if it is lost, stolen or damaged. Environment
We take our role as a responsible retailer very seriously, by doing our bit to help care for the environment. We reuse and recycle all our paper and cardboard waste and as much of the plastic waste as possible. We urge all of our customers to act responsibly and recycle all packaging where facilities exist.
Prices
UK, EU and Channel Islands. The prices shown are inclusive of any value added tax or sales tax. Due to circumstances beyond our control, prices may have to be altered up or down, including any alterations to the rate of value added tax or sales tax. The current price will be shown when you place your order. All prices shown are cash prices in sterling. Prices of goods displayed and ordered through TIME may differ from prices in-store.
Usage
All products are sold on the basis that they are suitable for domestic use only. This does not include ANY business related purposes (eg. to copy/ adapt styles for reproduction and resale, to trace suppliers etc...) TIME and TIME London retain the right to terminate any contract if we feel that the purpose of that contract infringes this term.

TIME take great care with the colours used in the collections. The limitations of colour reproduction and the individual colour settings of your screen may mean a slight variation. Every reasonable care has been taken to ensure that the descriptions are accurate. However, specifications may change.
